Optional analytics. Only if you opt in, we count public page views and approximate visitor country and measure the steps from landing through review, checkout, verified export, download, and correction. Funnel reports may group these steps by page language, selected employment market and derived plan, referral source (campaign label or referring hostname only), and broad device type. A random first-party session identifier is stored in a short-lived HttpOnly cookie and only a keyed digest is retained with events for up to 90 days. We do not store raw IP addresses, CV text, email addresses, full referrer URLs, or URL query strings in funnel analytics. Approximate country is used only when provided by a trusted network proxy. You can withdraw analytics consent in the CV studio; new events stop and the session cookie is cleared. Separately, when you consent and submit a CV, we process its text, target role/country, and any optional job description to provide the requested service. We do not accept or inspect an uploaded document or image in this workflow.

AI processing. CV text and the optional job description are sent to OpenAI to generate the review and CV content. If you request the one-time correction available within 12 hours after payment, your correction notes and saved generated CV are also sent to OpenAI. We retain input, output, and total token counts with each order and calculate an estimated provider cost when current pricing rates are configured; CV text is not included in analytics. Check OpenAI's current terms for its processing and retention practices. Do not submit information you are not comfortable sharing with that provider.

Payments and usage attribution. If you continue to checkout, Stripe receives the order reference and product description. Card and wallet payment details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout and are not collected by SirahPro. For a verified paid order, we store your checkout email encrypted and use a keyed, non-reversible digest to associate token usage across your orders; the email is shown only to authorized administrators. If email receipts are enabled, Stripe also supplies the email for a receipt with a time-limited CV re-download link; that link and the CV are deleted 24 hours after creation.

Support inquiries. If you contact support through our form, we store your name, email address, subject, message, and subsequent replies in a support ticket so our team can manage and respond to the inquiry. A notification containing your contact details and subject is sent to the configured support mailbox. Authorized administrators can view the ticket and reply by email. We retain the ticket history while needed to provide support, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

Storage and deletion. Generated CV data is encrypted in the SirahPro database and retained for up to 24 hours from analysis, then the cleanup worker deletes the CV payload and purchase capability. For a single correction within 12 hours after payment, the saved generated CV is used as the starting point; the original pasted text is not stored in the order database. Minimal order, invoice, and payment-status records remain for service operation, accounting, and disputes; the controller must apply its documented legal retention schedule. Database backups have separate expiry schedules and can retain deleted records until those backups expire.

Security and cookies. The service uses an HttpOnly, short-lived purchase cookie to connect your browser to your order. The admin console uses a separate HttpOnly session cookie. CV database payloads use AES-256-GCM encryption. No internet service can promise absolute security.

International processing. OpenAI and Stripe may process data outside your country. The controller should confirm applicable transfer safeguards and disclose the relevant locations before launch.
